Aside from the cake itself which was so good, customer service was the best. I’m not a fan of sweets but as a fan of the franchise, I just had to have the Hagrid cake for my birthday. Marianne promptly, gladly & thoroughly explained the flavors I could try & which ones to avoid so I’d enjoy my order. Safe to say, my expectations were exceeded Meal type: Other Price per person: $80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5
