On December 28, 2024 I went to the Fofo restaurant in Caserta Viale dei Bersaglieri, the pizza was decent, the service unspeakable, staff chosen at random without any type of professionalism, I order 3 pizzas, an hour and a quarter after the order , I politely and with the utmost politeness ask for explanations of the delay from the lady at the checkout, (personal opinion anything can be done except being at the entrance and having contact with the public) who with an arrogant and he haughtily informs me that only an hour had passed since my order and not an hour and a quarter as I had claimed, in the end it was discovered that they had lost the order, which can happen, but I wonder and I ask you is it normal that 5 waiters passed in front of my table for an hour, including the one who took the order and no one asked me but have the pizzas arrived? At the end of the dinner I ask myself whether I liked it, but what? I advise those who read this review to stay away from this place where there is not the slightest attention to the customer, I hope to be of help to those who want to choose a good pizzeria in Caserta.
