Last night, we served 15 portions of beef tartare, and after contacting three different tables who ordered it, none reported any issues after dining with us. Additionally, we meticulously checked the lot numbers of our ingredients, including the beef, and found no irregularities. Our last delivery was received on March 28th (Friday), the day before your visit, ensuring the freshness and quality of our ingredients. We also cross-referenced our reservation list but unfortunately couldn't find your name on it.
