I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service at Fredi during my visit on 10/31/2024. I sat at a table outside and for 20 minutes no one came to serve me. Although the restaurant was not crowded, the table is within sight of the waiters coming out of the entrance, and I waved at one of them, but no one came to my table. In general, the level of service is beyond criticism. I visit regularly for lunch on my lunch break and notice: lack of follow up on customers already consuming; untimely receipt of orders and delivery of bills; serving food contrary to service ethics - for example, bread is brought 10 minutes before soup; or the coffee long after you've forgotten you had dessert. I think the people in office are good, but the management of personnel does not get the attention it needs. Questions related to employee satisfaction and workload seem to remain unanswered. Last time I visited Freddie's I was able to have lunch but was served less than the specified amount of spaghetti - unfortunately I realized after eating it - I didn't feel full at all. I eat under weight and I know how much 350 grams of spaghetti is, but because of the larger plate, I didn't manage to catch it when it was served. I expected better treatment and attention from the staff. Fredi's has been a favorite place since my teenage years and I hope the managers and owners will take measures to improve the service to provide a better customer experience. I tried both on the phone and in person, but was unable to find a manager to discuss these issues with. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: BGN 10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Very nice place to meet friends. The menu is decent and varied enough. They served us very quickly, for which special thanks to Vanya. I recommend.
