I had the opportunity to visit Falla, a charming vegan restaurant located in the heart of the Arnhem. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cozy and modern atmosphere, with a decor that combines natural elements and a minimalist design. The menu offered an impressive variety of options, highlighting fresh and locally sourced ingredients. As a starter, I tried the Buffalo Mushroom Wings, which were perfectly seasoned with a splash of Vodka and fresh Mint. For the main course, I opted for the Stcky Aubergine served with a generous portion of vegetables and a sweet sauce. The food was flavorful and satisfying, with a texture that truly captured the essence of a good home-cooked meal. The service was another highlight of my experience at "Falla." The staff was friendly and attentive, willing to explain each dish and suggest combinations that complemented my choice. Additionally, I noticed that the restaurant makes a conscious effort to be sustainable, using recyclable products and minimizing waste. All in all, “Falla” is a gem for any vegan food lover, or for those simply looking for an innovative culinary experience. I will definitely be back to explore more of the menu on my next visit.
