I recently purchased two boxes of Traditional cookies (kolouche) that were expired in June and found mold on the cookies. When I returned to the store for a refund, the lady didn’t even apologize for this oversight, which was disappointing and very unprofessional. I also took the time to check other cookie boxes and discovered that they were all expired as well. While the staff member acknowledged the issue, no action was taken to remove the expired products from the shelves. This is a serious concern for customer safety, and I believe it should be addressed promptly to prevent similar situations in the future.

It's the complete shopping experience from start (walk-in) to finish (walk-out).To the owner: the complete set-up delivers above and beyond. I cannot but commend the amazing team you have. This reminds me of Amazon's shopping experience but of course on a smaller scale. I wholeheartedly wish you all the success.To the employees: Thank you! Really! You make the experience what it is!Products: Variety, with some I have not found elsewhere. Eye catching discounts. Above all is the meat - I would like to point out the lamb. I have not found such fresh meat anywhere in Montreal. Minced or pieces -clearly labelled and priced. You leave Épicerie Du Bazaar knowing what you paid for.Unlike others, it is the promise to offer FRESH meat that Épicerie Du Bazaar delivers on. Hats off to you!
