We arrived in Rome this morning and discovered a wonderful restaurant near Roma Termini. A friendly gentleman with glasses warmly welcomed us with great enthusiasm. We enjoyed a delicious meal, and after a staff change, another gentleman continued to provide excellent service. The restaurant’s calm and gentle ambiance made the experience even more special. An authentic and refined culinary experience in Rome, near Termini station! The Enotico Bistrot Italiano Restaurant is a true hidden gem in the eternal city. The first thing that strikes you is the wide selection of Italian wines, expertly selected to accompany each dish with perfection. The expert and passionate staff is ready to assist in your choice, suggesting surprising and delicious combinations. (Congratulations to Andrea) Moving on to the cuisine, each dish is a celebration of Italian culinary tradition, reinterpreted with skill and creativity. Every bite is a delight for the senses. The freshness of the ingredients and the excellence of the preparation are reflected in every tasting. Among the dishes that I had the pleasure of tasting, the Genoese candles of beef cheeks with burnt lemon powder and pepper, while venison fillet with recioto reduction, fried polenta cube and mushroom ragù conquered my palate with its succulence and strong flavour. The service is impeccable, with courteous and attentive staff creating a warm, family atmosphere. The tasteful, welcoming decor completes the experience, making the Italian Bistrot the ideal place for a romantic dinner, a lunch with friends or a relaxing evening.
