Posillipo est une super attraction pour les touristes qui viennent manger dans cette restaurant à viande après une longue marche. Essayez des club sandwichs fascinants. Rien n'est mieux que de goûter un gelato cuit à la perfection. Un sherry fino délicieux rendra votre repas encore plus delicieux et vous fera surement revenir.

La bonne note de Elettroforno Giulia serait impossible sans un personnel conciliant. Un service énorme est toujours un plaisir. On vous recommande aussi cet endroit car il propose un prix juste. Un lieu emblématique de Posillipo. N'y venez pas spécialement pour l'accueil, mais on trouve un vaste choix de plats cuisinés locaux et de pizzas à la part. C'est plutôt toujours bon, certains plats plus que d'autres, mais les produits sont de qualité. Ouvert assez tard, Electroforno ne vous laisse jamais tomber et on l'aime aussi pour ça ;)

Flavors that evoke memories, that bring back places and emotions, are the best possible experience. Cooking is a real art, it is a sensorial journey through sight, smell and taste but above all through the feelings and emotions that a chef, by preparing his dishes, can arouse in those who taste them. "L'Elettroforno" is not only one of the best places to enjoy top-level rotisserie and gastronomy but is above all a place of tradition and evolution, of wonderful combinations of ingredients, a journey, an emotion. The cuisine of Chef Nicola Vitiello, pure talent, is the rediscovery of a lighter tradition reinterpreted with exquisite delicacy and extreme respect. Emotions of the soul were confirmed by the smiles of Chef Nicola, the owners Gennaro and Gino and the whole team. The alveolation of the pizza is perfect, as if it were designed and the consistency of the dough is deep and full-bodied. On the palate it is soft and with a deep flavor and in the mouth the entire bouquet of aromas and perfumes is perceptible. The service is characterized by the smiles of the entire team, wonderful boys and girls and very high professionalism. The dishes on the menu are characterized by a bouquet and persistence on the palate of the highest quality which in one word translates into NEAPOLITAN CULINARY TRANSLATION = THE BEST IN THE WORLD. The use of incredible raw materials is the cornerstone of Chef Nicola's philosophy. A continuous flow of flavors and emotions that begin with the consistency of the elements used and then flow into the perfection of evolution at the first bite. There are two predominant elements: the preparation technique and the excellent quality raw materials. The technique is a broad and expert demonstration of knowledge of what the verb “cook” means for a chef. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavours. The secondary elements are never placed to cover the main element of the dish but always accompany it, in order to allow the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another. The ingredients prove to be decisive in enhancing the flavors which, in the mouth, appear clear, full-bodied but at the same time delicate and persistent. Richness, flavor, sweetness, crunchiness...NEAPOLITAN CUISINE. This is the red feel of any dish placed on the table Chef Nicola, in addition to being extremely nice and, for me, a lifelong Friend and Brother, is an immense and excellent interpreter of pure Neapolitan cuisine. Nicola studies and creates menus that amaze beyond the highest expectations but, above all, gives smiles and emotions as if we were children, and this is worth more than any Michelin star or anything else you could wish for. "L'Elettroforno" is a place where the heart, soul and emotions are amplified without limits thanks to the fantastic team. Chef Nicola, Gennaro and Gino are volcanic geniuses, creators of emotions, an illuminating beacon that should certainly be a reference for all those who claim to love true Neapolitan cuisine. Respect for tradition, wise use of raw materials and mastery in combining them. Elettroforno Giulia is an experience that fills the voids of the soul and heart with intense emotions, it is a place where tomorrow is always better than yesterday and we applaud at sunset, when the sun disappears and dives into the gentle sea.
