Café/pub, conveniently located in Aachen's old town.
Built shortly after the catastrophic town fire in 1656, it is now one of the oldest secular buildings in town.
Domkeller is used as gastronomy since 1948, and has developed into one of the most popular trendy pubs with a mixed and absolutely tolerant clientele over the past few decades. In summer, the large outdoor terrace next to the cathedral and Roman columns lures, from October to April/May there is a concert on the upper floor every Monday with free admission, covering almost all musical genres.

Bonne expérience en tant que français, nous avons été bien accueillis, mais il n'y a malheureusement pas de carte/menu en anglais... La communication s'est très bien faite malgré tout avec la dame qui nous avait accueillis. Nous avons bien mangés et reviendrons avec plaisir si nous revenons dans le coin. C'était agréable de manger en terrasse. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €20–30 Parking space: Difficult to find parking

Un endroit vraiment sympa pour l'ambiance, avec des personnes de tout âge qui passent un moment pour discuter. A faire après un repas pour continuer les discussions entre collègues. Pour payer on demande de le faire de préférence en liquide. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €10–20

If, as a tourist, you leave more than €200 in a bar and they then accuse you (AFTER CORRECTLY PAYING THE BILL AT YOUR OWN REQUEST) that they have no need for Belgian tourists... In fact: we ask what the problem could be because we We are so shocked by this reaction and we immediately see 2 police cars... Fortunately, these officers are friendly, they know their job and they immediately see that we ARE good people. Tourists yes, but during events the income of a city depends on the consumption of those tourists... @domkeller: if you don't need our tourist money, I hope from the bottom of my heart that many people read this review and spend their money with people who appreciate that tourists leave €200 in their catering business.
