screwed my order had to pay for it ….then said they would honor the next pizza for free.... but it NOT on the computer how convenient

I ordered online this evening, and received a confirmation email letting me know that it should be ready for pickup in approximately 25-35 minutes. I dropped my daughter off after 30 minutes figuring she could pay and pick up our order. After she paid she was told it wasn’t quite ready yet. After about 15 minutes I went in to see if everything was ok & was told that the online tracker isn’t correct (even thought it said our order was ready) and that our pizza was next to come out of the oven. After another 15 minutes we were told by a different employee that they had forgotten to make our order and they were just starting it now. We ending up leaving, very disappointed and will not be ordering from your location again.
