Hi Sara - Cynthia actually messaged me right after you'd been in, so were expecting this. You asked for soft buns, she made a recommendation and you decided you wanted something else. She bagged those and she just wanted to advise you that they would be more crusty than what you had advised your preferences were. If you don't want our recommendations, it's ok not to ask for them. We are only going to do our best to recommend the products that we feel will most closely meet your request. Cynthia is one of the kindest, sweetest humans that work in the bakery and is consistently thanked for her gentle disposition. I realize not everyone gets everyone, but to publicly call someone out when you could easily pick up the phone to make your complaint, is not wanting to give someone feedback to improve, it is an attempt at public humiliation. She was trying to meet your needs and I'm sorry you feel she fell short, I can assure you, she only has good intentions. She deals with about 500 customers a week and has worked for me for over 2yrs.. That's a lot of customers that aren't giving her a 1*. Your profile indicates you only give 1* reviews, perhaps meeting your expectations is something no retailer/customer service provider can do.
