Today I ordered ding tea for the first time and via “skip the dish”, first of all, we got kicked out of the app 2 times while trying to process the order. We had to call them to ask what has happened. We were only 5 mins walking distance away from the place, but the weather was so cold so we decided to get it delivered. The order took more than 30 mins to come, the drinks finally came and I was so excited for my drink, drinking about 1/3 of the cup and there was a piece of dirty plastic in my mouth, I had to spit out and myself being very sensitive to the dirty food, I threw up everything. I just wanted to share my experience as a first impression of Ding Tea, not pleasant at all and I have to say sorry I won’t trust to order anything from them again. I hope they’ll improve their hygiene while preparing the food.
