Went to Dasha tonight and had a very unpleasant experience. Bear in mind, I work in the industry so I will always put myself in the servers/staff position and rarely write bad reviews. I have also been to the restaurant another time and had a good experience, that’s why I recommended the place to my friends. This time, I dont know what happened but it wasn’t good at all. First, the food was mid, and the drinks were the worst i’ve ever had on king st. I dont know how you can go wrong with an espresso martini.. The server offered to send another one and the second one was also bad. Ended up changing what i wanted and getting a third cocktail but when the server brought the bill, she still charged for the 2nd and the 3rd drink. (Saying they could only remove one - even though i had only drink one). The procedure should have been way different, i expected a lot more knowing how restaurants work. The server was not welcoming and i felt a huge lack of care and understanding within the situation. Probably wont be going back.

Went here for a corporate event, and it was a blast! Great food (try the Brussel sprouts and the Vanilla Cheesecake Dessert), good atmosphere, and extremely friendly waiting staff. On the expensive side (and somewhat hard to find), but it's an experience through and through.
