I didn’t know this place existed but friends recommended it. We absolutely loved that we were welcomed with a shot. That should be a normal thing everywhere. I had two bartenders choice cocktails and they were both amazing. Flavours I would never normally order. We also had the new s’more cocktail which was very good. The old fashioned was a slight letdown. We had the baked Brie and the shrimp bao buns. Both were a bit of a letdown. The bao didn’t have much flavour and only two shrimps each. We should have tried the pulled pork option. The Brie did not have enough topping for the amount of cheese. The ambiance is neat however quite dark. The bartender and wait staff were friendly and helpful. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Been here twice now and haven't had a bad sip yet. I am not a huge drinker, but these cocktails are creative and truly delicious, I don't feel like it's drinking just to drink - it feels like a gourmet experience. It is a little on the pricier side but in line with other cocktails in the area - but definitely more delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've only had amazing experiences at Darling Bar. Super kind bartenders and perfect cocktails. Love the music and dim vibe! Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
