Country Pizza/Broasters Chicken is one of my kids favorite places to eat but I have not been impressed the last couple of times I ordered there. In September I ordered pizzq through their website and waited over an hour for one pizza. I called the restaurant and was told no online orders were received. I explained that I received a confirmation email so it was sent. They apologized and we ended the call. They must have found the order because they called back a few minutes later and said they would deliver the pizza free of charge but it would take some time. This was on my birthday and we had ordered good food from another restaurant for the adults that was sitting there getting cold so we opted to go through a drive thru for the kids. Yesterday I went online and put several items in an order that came to $95 including tax. I decided not to go through online again because of the issue with the last order and called the store. I gave them the exact list of what I put in my online order and they gave me a price of $101 and change. I asked why the price discrepancy since then online order would be $95. The man I was speaking to told me he would check the prices online and adjust if he found a difference. When the order arriver at the door I was charged $101 and was not provided with the receipt to show the breakdown in what I was charged. Clearly the prices online are not what they are charging in store. I'm not impressed with the last 2 orders and there are plenty of other local restaurants where I can spend my money for better service.
