My significant other and I visited Applebee's for dinner, and while our overall dining experience was pleasant, it was overshadowed by a troubling incident. Our waitress was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and provided great service. The food was also up to par, but unfortunately, the atmosphere took a sharp turn when we overheard the manager speaking to the staff in a highly disrespectful and unprofessional manner. It was upsetting to witness such poor treatment of employees, and it left us feeling uncomfortable. As much as we enjoyed the meal, we cannot support a business that allows its workers to be treated this way. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we won't be returning.
