Highly recommend this place! Our drinks and pastries were lovely and we got eclairs for takeaway which were absolutely incredible! Staff is really friendly and kind. The atmosphere is beautiful! This is a quintessentially and effortlessly cool café. The ambiance is warm and feels like a creative community space, the baristas are approachable, the coffee is outstanding, and their most unique offering is the amazing and gourmet eclairs. I came twice during my visit to Sofia and tried two different eclairs, and I can’t choose which was my favorite. I absolutely adore places where you can see and feel that they have their own vibe and rules. Coffee Syndicate is one of those places. Everything has its own unique flavor and is made with thought. I've tried their cold brew with a non-alcoholic gin and tonic and their espresso martini. I also tried their matcha eclair as well as their matcha latte..no words to describe..you have to visit and see for yourself. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other
