I asked if there was a shift manager (this happened on Sunday 08.12), the best part was that she was right in front and she witnessed the whole discussion without intervening in any way, she in turn tried to explain to me that if the cardboard bends , then I can fit the cookies in the box - the cardboard was rectangular, bigger than the box which was square! The box was full of cookies, I asked her how she could fold the box without stacking/spilling the cookies? He had no response...not even a simple "we apologize..."! If I didn't get to pay them, I refused them, I was sorry that I didn't ask for the money back! If they choose to make fun of customers, both employees and management, they deserve to be out of business!
