I can't hide my disappointment after my last visit to the Chinese restaurant. It was hands down one of the worst food experiences I have ever had. That's why I'm giving this bad rating: Food Quality: We ordered a few of the traditional Chinese dishes and were extremely disappointed with their taste and culinary value. The dishes were fresh but lacked authenticity in taste. It was obvious that they were not made with the best quality ingredients and the presentation was not attractive enough. Service: Staff were indifferent and unresponsive. There were issues with our menu inquiry with no one available to answer our questions. It took us a long time before we got the information we needed. Also, the service was slow and unintelligible, and we often felt neglected and ignored. Atmosphere: The restaurant was dirty and poorly maintained. This greatly affected our overall impression. The tables were not cleaned and arranged, and the air was saturated with unpleasant smells. This contributed to our bad mood and reduced the enjoyment of the food. Value for money: Compared to the quality of the dishes on offer, the prices were extremely high. We couldn't enjoy our food considering how much money we paid for it. In conclusion, my visit to this Chinese restaurant was disappointing Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

During the summer we work mainly in the garden and it is possible that you felt not taken care of enough when you sat inside the restaurant, for which we apologize. Regarding the products - we buy meat from Pepi Commerce, the rest of the products from similar and not random companies that care about quality and we have never looked for a better price at the expense of the quality of the products. You can order me to show you invoices with prices and how often we shop. So I strongly disagree with that as well as the authentic taste - we work with authentic spices as well as a Chinese chef. We receive daily thanks from satisfied customers, unfortunately they don't bother to write comments. Once again, we apologize if you did not feel well with us.More
