Really bad customer service. We have been coming to chuck e cheese for 3 years regularly every other week and since the trampoline has been setup we have come regularly because our toddler loves it but the fact that you have to pay $25 to load the card and then $15 to pay for the trampoline is completely not worth it. Today they wanted us to pay $30 for the trampoline because we didnt load the card which already has 33 points on it and my child doesnt even use the points because all she wants to do it jump and the manager didnt care nor did she budge when we said we just want to buy the trampoline pass for the$15. On top of that alot of games are out of order and rides are not working. Horrible customer service and terrible condition of the place. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Chuck E. Cheese has changed dramatically over the years, I personally use to have my birthday parties there as a child. I brought my children for the first time ever and they are 2 and 4. I wanna start by saying the service is very poor there is limited staff and the boss/ owner is too old to be trying to carry the work load of every single party. Every time I went to the front to either order an alcoholic beverage I had to wait for him to process my order none of the other staff was able to serve me. I questioned the cashier at the time if he had a smart serve and if he was able to serve me he said no I had to wait for the boss/ owner which was time consuming. I saw 2 cashiers and only one was serving the whole establishment and the next was standing by the prize section doing absolutely NOTHING!, this is on top of waiting for the boss/ manager. I’m not going to say it is all bad my children absolutely enjoyed the trampolines they have. I just want the staff to be able to be trained so they can serve all customers concerns and not rely on the boss/ manager. The food was mediocre nothing to say I would come back for and everything is overpriced. My overall experience I would rate 5/10.
