Dear Maria, We completely understand your frustration and disappointment as your recent experience fell much below our standards, for this I offer my sincerest apologies. The Chicko App is controlled by HQ. We have been follow up closely with Jun who is one of the Chicko brand owners. He told us the HQ will handle the issue. We want to assure you that I immensely value your feedback and I will be following up with the store and our staffs to ensure that this does not happen again. Your recent experience will also be an important re-training opportunity for our staff to continually improve.
