We had a great experience here at my first visit! Friendly staff, Clean spot, Good options in menu. I try the spring rolls and sushi-licious tray, love the plum sauce! Definitely I will back Love it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had an amazing experience at Edo Japan in Guildford Centre! We were last-minute customers, and Trisha, the cashier at the time, provided outstanding customer service. Not only did she assist us promptly and efficiently, but she also went above and beyond to help a family with a little child who was looking for a meal for the young girl—something other restaurants had refused to do. Trisha ‘s willingness to step up and assist made a huge difference. It’s rare to see such compassion and dedication in customer service these days. Thank you, Trisha, for your kindness and professionalism. You turned what could have been a stressful moment into a memorable one! Highly recommend this location. Edo is one of the good stalls in the Guilford shopping mall. Ordered the beef and chicken bento with cali roll and gyoza. They grill your order in front of you but I found they overcooked the beef as it was too tough. Pretty typical for food court level food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
