We were warmly welcomed into the fondue chalet by Sherry Fernandez and felt welcome straight away. The Alpine hut atmosphere was cozy. The fondue was creamy and aromatic. We would like to highlight the service by Sherry, who competently and calmly looked after the well-being of his guests. So our visit was a completely successful experience. The further service by Denis was also attentive and prompt. We will come back again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I made a reservation 3 days ago and didn't get a confirmation. When I called to see if the reservation had been confirmed, I was told "we overlooked the reservation, unfortunately we don't have any more space". Your fault for not accommodating a little?

I recently visited Chalet Züriberg with my work colleagues and unfortunately I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with my visit. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and the service left a lot to be desired. It took ages for us to even be acknowledged, and even then our orders were only half-heartedly taken. However, what was even worse was the condition of the food. We ordered Fondue Chinoise which was a big mistake. The meat definitely didn't smell fresh anymore. It was obvious that it had either been stored for too long or had not been handled properly. It was quite a disappointment and I felt downright uncomfortable eating it at all. In addition, side dishes were forgotten and the ones that were served were very small (definitely not for 4 people) and to get more you had to catch someone from the staff for the first time. The broth was so bland that the meat tasted like it had been boiled in water. Very disappointing. And the Fondue Chinoise isn't exactly cheap per person.
