Ordered chicken banh mi with extra cilantro. The lady asked me twice and seemed confused. I repeated what I said, extra cilantro. And when I got my food there was no cilantro. We waited 10 minutes for a guy in the back to come take our order while he purposely ignored us. He then approached us like we were an inconvenience sighing and rolling his eyes. This was not the only unprofessional thing as he was also wearing air pods and talking on the phone while rudely asking us for our order. He was a real punk and threw together our food. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone!!!!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The smoked meat sandwich was super tasty. The service was lack luster at best . I dont expect most people to be happy and smiling all the time, but you work in the service industry. This was my first experience, didnt know if there was a meal option or whats a side. When asked he just pointed at some chips and cans of pop.. i work in the mall so i probably won't eat here again on my lunch break.
