Super expensive compared to other store. Bag of candy costs almost €5. Had a heart attack while paying at the cash register.

An official sales point of the national lottery but does not apply their rules? Upon presentation of your digital card you will receive a free welcome gift “Win for Life” worth €3. When paying, the gentleman behind the cash register tried to charge me for it. After explaining that I was getting a free gift because I am a new customer, I was ridiculed. I quote: “If it was free we would have bought it all.” I then showed him the email from the national lottery and their website which contained all the information he needed. The gentleman simply said, “Sorry brother, we don't participate in this.”
