My partner ordered dinner for us tonight through Uber Eats and I got the box of chips and two sides of nacho cheese. I was extremely disappointed upon it arriving as the box of chips was not even half full. As well as, the two cups of nacho cheese hadn’t been secured properly and spilled all over the bag they were in. Not sure if Burrito Boyz has changed owners/management. We have ordered several times before with no issues, but will most likely not be ordering again after this experience as it’s not worth it to pay $10 for spilled and cold nacho cheese with less than 20 chips. Here’s the revised review: “I ordered a burrito bowl from Burrito Boyz, and I was really disappointed with what I received. The bowl was mostly filled with lettuce, and the other ingredients were barely there—just a few bits of what should have been a well-balanced meal. When I called to raise my concern, the staff and manager didn’t respond well at all. Instead of offering a proper solution, they told me to come back at 11:30 at night to get the credit back, which was not an appropriate response. For the price I paid, I expected better service and quality. This experience left me very unsatisfied.” Service: Delivery
