Great ramen, the chicken appetizer was amazing - very crunchy. The Gyoza was flavourful. Ramen broth was good, and the noodles had a good texture. The seating area is limited but we didn't have to wait to get a table for two. Only been here one time but the ramen was delicious. We got the tonkatsu black and tomato ramen with a side of gyoza. Everything was very delicious but the tomato ramen really stood out as a unique dish that I've not had elsewhere. I definitely recommend and would come back if in the area again. Sansotei Ramen is my family's favorite restaurant and a regular go-to. Their Tonkotsu is our all-time favourite. Recently I tried their Tomato Ramen, a refreshing change, same delicious. Highly recommend if you crave for authentic Japanese ramen.
