Lechon sinigang(yes that's lechon floating in sour tamarind broth accompanied by okra, eggplant, green beans, tomato and baby bakchoy) was simply an 'oh my wow' moment. The lechon sisig fries, initially hesitant in ordering, as this was a want of my 13yr old, however it made me an instant believer on first forkfull. Real garlic fried rice, actually fried, not just sprinkled with garlic flakes fakery. Finally, the turon ala mango icecream just smushed the taste buds over the finish line. Service was exquisite. The food was ordered and tabled piping hot in just under 10 minutes! Beyond deserving of 5 star destroyers or 1000 millennium falcons. My son had fun in wordsmithing this review with me.
