The service is organized mediocrely, all these numerous shelves in the hall are covered in dust and the waiters do not have enough printed menus (even with a relatively empty hall). So there are no pleasant surprises here, although the service can’t be called bad - the atmosphere is not stuffy and, despite the indicated disadvantages, this is not a place where you will be shit-faced even before entering. But it happened that the order was mixed up and was brought cold a couple of times. It’s delicious here, even despite the bloated menu, dishes of different formats are made diligently and initially with normal TTK. The burgers here are simply wonderful (one of the best in the city) with excellent butter buns, as well as a full flavor profile that is not destroyed by moronic sweet sauces. The coffee here is nice, although a restaurant should not allow itself to not have stevia or suclarose, or not know such words in 24. The staff is ok, the place and kitchen are great, the food is worth the money, but there is some work to be done in the hall. Special praise goes to the technologists who worked on the dishes. There is always something to criticize, but the work was done efficiently, especially considering the number of positions. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This is not the first time I come to Black Market with friends. Every time I am surprised at the thoughtfulness of the menu: be it salad, soup or main course, everything is invariably delicious. I consider myself an almost regular customer, because I come here once a month or two But today I was still a little disappointed: I booked a table for guest friends, moreover, two days in advance. Imagine my surprise when I was offered a table in the middle of the hall next to three (!) Birthday celebrations. I'm happy for the other guests, but I should have warned that it would be noisy. Of course, we were given a nice table in an alcove, but the evening was ruined. I still think repeat customers are very important, don't they? The espresso needs some work.
