If you are in Emilia Romagna, and would like to dine in a magical place, my advice is definitely the Enoteca Bistrot Colonna. Once inside you are immediately captivated by the atmosphere made up of soft lights, memories and music. In fact, Luca sits at the grand piano and gives his harmonious and warm notes to those present, who arrive in all their sweetness and without having the overbearing claim to overwhelm the words, which can flow freely alongside the desire to converse. Marilena always welcomes you with her contagious smile and guides you on a journey of taste through traditional Emilia Romagna dishes, and an important choice regarding the wine list. The dinner flows away perfectly with the excellent cuisine and the notes of the piano, a perfect combination that captures your memories and keeps them in your heart, with the promise of returning and repeating that experience.
