Birria Balam et Chinatown apparaissent comme très attirants pour les touristes. Si vous n'avez jamais goûté la cuisine cuisine mexicaine, venez à ce lieu. Offrir un tacos délicieux est la marque de fabrique de cet endroit.

It's kind of hard finding food truck style tacos, let alone birria tacos in Toronto and these are in a way, ones on steroids. Tacos are chock full of tender pulled beef. All I ask is that we get some full fricking pieces of cilantro? We also got the salsa Manchas which to me really is reminiscent of the salty roasted heat of chiu chow chili oil. I would just have preferred more like for both the quesa birria and suave tacos. Of the two the quesabirria tacos don't travel as well because the cheese congeals and ceases to stretch. The consume was decent but I guess could have have beef parts in it.

omfg!! hands down the mf best mf birria mf tacos ive ever had!!! does not even compare to the ones ive had in the states from those taco trucks! holy orgassssssmic mouth experience!! ok but in all seriousness, their taco shell is crispy af, layered w.some gooey mf cheese that helps prevent the tacos from breaking/splitting from the juices of the meat/consomé dipping that you will be doing like a kiajillion times! i love that they slowly simmer and cook their broth for 12 hours! you get that very rich and ultra savoury deliciousness!! stop reading this and go!! get!! yourself!! some!! mf!! birria balam!! tacos!! we got combo #1 ($24) which gets you 3 delicious birrias w.2 salsas and a consomé broth (obviously for dipping, drinking and swimming. i need a pool sized one please)! service was quick and absolutely pleasant! i wish they were open more but due to the bs covid, theyre operating on reduced hours. thu-sun 12-3 & 4-9. you can pre-order online or walk in and order, but beware, quantities are limited! if i was rich id order a thousand of these bad boys everyday!!! please check them out if youre in the area!! if youre not, then go out of your way and try them, they do not disappoint!!!
