In search of a restaurant in Pistoia we arrived at a very beautiful historic palace in which there were two restaurant areas. We entered to decide which one we would choose and at the same time we looked at its interior, when it was our surprise that a Mr. with an American jacket Azul told us that it was private, and I responded privately, if there is a restaurant it cannot be private, with the bad manners of this man. I thought we couldn't pay for the restaurant, what was our disappointment... but then we thought because we can't see where we want to eat, we went back in and decided to go to the restaurant next door, always within the same palace... the service has been Good and the treatment, but the man in the blue jacket has lost some clients and at the same time many of those who explained what happened.
