Original review was one word - Horrible. In response to the factually completely inaccurate reply posted by the business in question: First, my burger was not replaced. I ate it (and felt sick for two hours afterwards - initially we were worried I had food poisoning). Second, the fries were "adjusted" from cold and over seasoned to burnt with zero seasoning (who's at the pass tasting your food?). Third, if my meal was "fully comped", why is there a charge for $82.80 on my visa bill as everyone can see in the image below? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

They offer frys only at 15:00. I did not came to Macdonald do not believe the menu you see, you can get it only during some specific time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When the reservation timing issue appeared in our reservation system (we take full responsibility for this error), our host reached out to you in advance to let you know that between 3:00 and 4:00 pm, we transition from brunch to dinner and that the kitchen offers a very limited menu during that window. You let us know you were comfortable with that and still chose to join us, and our team went over this again upon your arrival, so expectations were clear.We understand that this type of transition window is not ideal for everyone, and while we did our best to communicate and be transparent, we’re sorry the experience still felt disappointing. Bar Reyna is such a gem in Yorkville! The Mediterranean-inspired small plates are perfect for sharing and the crispy octopus and manchego croquettes were standouts. The cocktails are creative and well-balanced, and Samantha made the experience even better with her friendly, welcoming service. Cozy yet chic vibes, especially on the back patio, making it perfect for date night or drinks with friends. Def coming back soon!
