Excellent food and diligent service, but reservation stated that pre-paid cost included fees, and it didn’t, so we ended up paying an extra 60$ for the pre-fixe. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

This weekend we had an absolutely incredible Armenian cuisine experience at Taline. Before this visit, I had never truly explored Armenian cuisine. Some time ago, I noticed the restaurant while passing by - the signage and Michelin Guide symbols immediately caught my attention, and I knew I wanted to book a table one day. Yesterday, that finally happened. We dined with friends and chose the chef’s tasting menu. There were four of us, and out of more than 20 dishes, there wasn’t a single one that anyone didn’t love. Every course was exceptional - thoughtful, beautifully executed, and incredibly flavorful. It was more than just a dinner - it was a full culinary experience. The service was outstanding: warm, attentive, and perfectly timed. From the first minute to the last, you truly felt welcome. Plates were cleared seamlessly, everything flowed effortlessly, and the overall level of hospitality was impressive. The only small downside was that we were seated on the first floor, which was quite noisy and made conversation a bit challenging at times. For those looking for a quieter, more intimate atmosphere, I would recommend choosing the second floor - something we’ll definitely keep in mind for our next visit. Overall, an unforgettable evening.
