Went in for opening time. They didn't open at all. Looks cute on the outside. Heard lots of good things and wanted to give it a try but unfortunately didn't have an opportunity.

I liked this little store with their fresh bakery and tasty. The place is so nice, it has couple of table, maybe they do outdoor sittings during summer. But it good to have a coffee and a chcolate cake when you drive to Hamilton area. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

So disappointed, the new owners of Bakers Corner have gone and screwed the place up :(I've been coming here for years for the pizza and Creme Brule. Even brought my dog and kids after we've gone hiking. Used to be a staple. But alas, the old owner sold to British Pride apparently, and he's went full-swing into his antique business.What a difference, not only in pricing, but in quality. The pizza was actually pre-cut into the triangle cardboard holders! You could tell just by looking it was not fresh at all. I decided to bypass my regular favorite, pepperoni, and went for a veggie slice which was not pre-cut and part of the whole round pizza still. When she went to ring me in, I thought I misheard when the young lady said $5. Wow- for a small slice!The young lady then asked if I wanted it warmed up, clearly it needed it. Got back to my vehicle, the slice was practically cold still :( For $5, you best be sure the cheese is goey and hot.This is the first time I actually passed on the Creme Brule. Took a peek at them while my pizza was being "warmed", and after seeking a piece of icing or whipped cream or who knows what sitting on the edge of one of the Creme Bules, I realized this would be my last visit.Sad, I will miss the good ol' Bakers Corner. Always had a bit of a nostolgic feel to it. Will miss the sausages too, don't trust those anymore either.Ah well.
