Malheureusement une odeur de cuisine tellement forte que nous ne sommes pas restés. Nous avions un vol le lendemain et impossible de sentir le " graillon" pour un vol de 12h ...... dommage !!!!! Et la 1/2 bouteille d eau à 12 frs ?????? Abusé

Mit grossem Bedauern habe ich Ihre Kritikpunkte bezüglich des starken Geruchs im Restaurant Babel zur Kenntnis genommen. Leider gab es an dem besagten Tag ein technisches Problem mit dem Lüftungssystem in der Küche, welches zu einem starken Geruch führte. Ich bin Ihnen sehr dankbar für Ihr offenes und ehrliches Feedback. Wir hoffen sehr, Sie ein weiteres Mal bei uns begrüssen zu dürfen und wünschen Ihnen in der Zwischenzeit eine schöne Herbstzeit. Wonderful service and friendly staff. The food was amazing, our large group had the Feasting Sharing Menu and couldn't fault it. The staff could not have been more helpful heloing me to arrange this dinner from the UK - Thank you Mohammed! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stayed two nights over New Year’s Eve at the Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport, which is why we also had breakfast at the Babel Restaurant. The breakfast itself was very good and we enjoyed it a lot. The selection was appealing, and the Shakshuka in particular was excellent and very tasty. Unfortunately, our experience on New Year’s Eve dinner left a negative impression overall. We had a reservation for four people at 8:00 p.m. When we arrived, we were told that the restaurant was not aware that we were four guests, even though the reservation was clearly made for four. We were then told that our table would be ready shortly, as the previous guests were about to leave. We were offered two drinks while waiting, but in the end we waited more than 50 minutes before being seated. During this time, we were told multiple times that the guests at the table were “just paying,” which did not seem plausible over such a long period and felt misleading. Once seated, our friends ordered the same main course but received clearly different portion sizes. The plate with the smaller portion was later exchanged. I personally had the New Year’s Eve five-course menu and only noticed when dessert was served that one of the main courses had never been served at all. When I asked the waitress, I was told that the kitchen was already closed and the dish could no longer be prepared. Ultimately, the hotel management did try to accommodate us because the evening did not go as planned, and for that we would like to sincerely thank the Hyatt Hotel. However, despite this gesture, the organization and service of the restaurant itself were unfortunately poor in this respect. We fully understand that New Year’s Eve is a demanding evening for staff, and we appreciate everyone working on such a night. However, despite the positive breakfast experience, the dinner service did not meet expectations and left us disappointed overall. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: CHF 80–90
