La bonne note de bp serait impossible sans un personnel efficace. Un service rapide est toujours un plaisir. Mais ce lieu n'est pas hautement estimé par les utilisateurs de Google qui lui donnent une note en dessous de la moyenne.

Gérante hautaine, pas aimable, ne souri jamais à la limite de l'arrogance, avis partagé par tout les collègues du bureau qui ne prennent plus leur pause là-bas et ne veulent plus bénéficier des services de la station lorsque Mme est présente, le reste du personnel est très correct.

Reception and catastrophic treatment. Unfounded accusation of theft and costs of 150.-. This is the BP station where I usually fill up with gas. After filling up, I went to the cash register to make my payment. I did not realize that there was an error with the card and I left the area. The cashier made no comment to me and said goodbye. A week later, I received a letter from the traffic ticket office for gasoline theft. When I receive the mail, I go directly to the station to pay for my fill. I am sent home because the manager is not there. I come back at the beginning of the week at 6:30 in the morning. I am greeted by the manager who is very unpleasant. When I explain the situation to her, she makes me pay for my full tank of gas as well as a sum of 150.- for administrative costs. I told him of my astonishment and my incomprehension, here are the responses I received: “It is up to you to verify the payment, not the cashier. » “I don’t have time right now to argue. ". No discussion possible, no explanation. Very disappointed, upset by the lack of professionalism and the treatment received. I will not be coming back and strongly advise people not to have anything to do with this BP station.
