I ordered from online for a take out today. I ordered from here a few times and they usually just ask for my name. But this time, they requested for my online receipt. I did not get any text or email from bbq. Even if I told them my name and my order, they did not believe me nor gave me the item. So I eventually showed them my id to prove that I did order from here. Please make sure to send the receipt through text or email because I would not have been able to get the item if I used a nickname like other times even if I paid for it. I never had to show my id to pick up the food I ordered so it was a little frustrating. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
