I live near this place, and it happens very often to have breakfast here and beyond the breakfast which is all delicious, the bar is always very clean and very welcoming as is the staff who are present and work there... what can I say, everything is very perfect HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am a representative agent always traveling around Italy in the horeca sector.....I frequented this bar a few steps from the San Gennaro hospital even before the change of management.......I returned in October and found with surprise the new Sisu bar ..... the offer of café, pastry and rotisserie products has been expanded (Before there was little choice) worth mentioning is the Sisu croissant ..... delicious ..... finally in this bar you can enjoy an excellent coffee! The new owners are very good at transforming a decadent and dirty place... into a clean place with quality products... like few others in the healthcare district....
