This review is about customer service at Eaton centre food court location. There were 2 people at the front and 1 at the back. The lady at the back was just shouting and seemed like she and the girl(manpreet) at the counter had a fight because the girl at the counter looked in a very bad mood. No smile nothing. I ordered my food and the guy with turban took my order, he asked me my name twice and I told him very patiently. I waited for my order for 15 mins as it was busy then the girl calls the name Jagdeep for the order and I stand there like a fool and the guy comes and give it to me. Like, seriously???? My name is not Jagdeep and if you didn’t get my name at first then you could have asked me to spell my name. Very pathetic service. Place looks like a mess as they were so into their own problems that customers had to remind them for their drink. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I grabbed lunch takeout from here on February 4, 2019 with a coworker. The “Buddy Burger” special was on and so we decided to try them out. Unfortunately, it was only after we left and opened our food did we find that the burgers were NOT made as advertised at all: only meat and bun was all that was on them. No toppings, lettuce, tomato etc. More disappointing was that I let A&W Canada know about the poor experience - as I wondered do we need to pay more than the advertised price to have our burgers topped the way A&W’s advertisements for them look (ie everything on them?). I got a brief email response from a Bijander Singh who the email says is in charge of quality control at the Eaton Centre A&W location wanting to speak. I have never heard back as of the date of posting this review. Clearly A&W doesn’t care about keeping customers. I can say with certainty you’ve lost a customer, and I’ll be sure to let everyone in my office know exactly what to expect for customer service from that location too. Plenty of other places to eat - and that treat their customers better.
