I've been ordering from here for many years. I've always enjoyed the food. Be aware they are closed on Tuesdays and they close down for family vacations. Parking: Located in a mall, so lots of parking. The poor reviews are disheartening. I can’t comment on other people’s experiences from years or months ago but I’ve had nothing but superb experience at this place. We know it’s a family run business and we know that the food is consistently slow, but we know this so we always plan ahead and warn our friends so they know to expect this. In terms of food, the portions are bigger than expected and I don’t think Ive disliked anything on the menu (i’ve tried at least 3 items from each menu category. Our friends who dine with us for the first time are always surprised at the portions and find the food delicious and comforting. I’d say this place is one of our favourite joints. We placed an order for takeout as my wife wanted a Vietnamese sub which came with mayo, beef, pickled carrots, green and white onions and cilantro. It looked really good and she enjoyed it! I had the spicy satay beef noodle soup which came nicely separated for transportation. I switched to the bean thread noodles as I much prefer that over rice cakes. The soup was loaded with meat and noodles and overall a good flavour but thought it was missing some spice. The deep fried wontons were stuffed with a large amount of shrimp and pork which we enjoyed. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4
