Juste magnifique!Tous les produits sont travaillés avec amour et ca se ressent en bouche! L’ail confits, l’oignon a peine braisé , la pita bien alvéolée excellente, la viande était bien cuite! L’assado était top! Mais le poulet était juste fou, la cuisson aussi, car il y avait une croûte qui faisait toute la différence.Votre passion se ressent des que nous rentrons a l’intérieur ! Tout le respect et continuez!!!
