There was a hair in my food, wrapped around the chicken and covered in sauce. The hair must be longer than 5 inches. The portion for the esquites was so small (not even half the cup). The customer service is horrible. I normally love zteca but this location is horrible.

Very small portion. Lots of rice, small amount of chicken and toppings. Rice had no taste other than overnight rice. Chips tasted oily. With Chipotle pricing I was very disappointed with my meal Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20

I had ordered 2 chicken bowls through uber eats and when I received the item and sent a picture to uber, even they were shocked to see how the items were. Very few pieces of chicken, half of the items were missing and nothing that I had paid extra for was given. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40
