Cadre sympa, carte assez complète, plats savoureux. La cuisine est visible, ce qui ajoute un peu de spectacle. Service très aimable.

We came for lunch around 1.30pm, very quiet, maybe 3 tables in total. We opted to sit outside. Menu's arrived and a fairly long wait before we were asked for our drink order. Once we had placed our order - 2 starters, and 2 mains, one of the starters arrived quickly - katsu prawns, delicious and hot. My partner waited a while to we could eat together but nothing arrived so he tucked in. He said they were delicious. Once he had finished, my bao buns arrived, the same time as my firecracker curry. So now I has two meals and my partner had nothing. My curry didn't look particularly hot so I literally shoved my bao buns in my mouth whilst eating my curry at the same time. When his katsu curry arrived, it was steaming hot, unlike mine. I didn't enjoy the bao buns as I was rushing to save my curry getting cold. We finished our meal, waited about 10 minutes for someone to clear our plates, in the end we moved them ourselves. Another 15 minutes passed whilst we discussed dessert. Still no one arrived so we went inside to ask for the bill. Our server was sat smoking by the entrance. The bill arrived with a 10% discretionary tip already added. Is this why the service is so bad because you assume people will automatically pay the service charge? We'd just been to City Hall and got married and thought Wagamama was a good choice for great food and service. How wrong we were!! Service: Dine in Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
