My experience was exceptional, i received excellent customers services. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I tasted the coffee and muffin today. What a wonderful experience I had. Vida e caffè exclusive books is the place to be. I loved it ️ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Was disrespected by this lady today, I’m unfortunately posting her picture as I asked her name and she asked me what I’m gonna do with it. She became rude and I didn’t say anything to offend her. I enquired about food as I’m not familiar with the food at Vida, she lost patience and started giving me a bad attitude. Ok I ordered food and coffee, I politely asked the lady to put sugar inside the container before making my coffee, she saw the sachets and ignored it and lied that she didn’t hear me when the sugar sachet was in front of her even opened. I didn’t even enjoy my food, how can one be rude to a stranger, you can check cameras, the facial expression. Can’t explained everything that happened there here, but I’ve never been disrespected like that in any restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
