I have never had any issues with food or my drinks but today i could not eat my sandwich as it contained a lot of hair. Unacceptable I am not sure who is cooking or preparing the food but spending money on food that you cannot even eat or enjoy was a disgusting and disappointing.

Worst service! No stock of cups for cold beverages, not the correct bread, no stock for the food that is advertised, not the correct order was given to me and staff has an attitude. Very disappointing, no wonder everyone is at Starbucks Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 100–150 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
