De afgelopen maanden meermaals de spareribs afgehaald bij restaurant 't Olde Schot. Dit is een maaltijd die zichzelf verkoopt. Het vlees is erg mals en valt nagenoeg van het bot af. De spareribs worden aangevuld met lekkere rode kool, appelmoes en patat. Een aanrader voor iedereen.
