"Our first visit to Restaurant 't Ganzengors was a culinary revelation. From the warm welcome in the bar to the last sip after dinner, we were immersed in an atmosphere of artisanal hospitality. The food was simply stunning; every dish a masterpiece of taste and presentation. The game season brought an unprecedented depth of flavor, while the carefully selected wines perfectly complemented our experience. Ronald and Yvonne's passion and dedication are palpable in every bite and sip. Restaurant 't Ganzengors is an absolute must-visit. We are already looking forward to our next visit"! As a starter as stated on the menu: Crispy wonton, goat cheese cream, beetroot, tomato chutney, basil € 17.50. Now a wonton is a filled dough derived from Chinese cuisine, comparable to an Italian ravioli. The starter consisted of crispy fried pieces of prawn crackers. My lobster soup was well filled with crayfish, but pieces of lobster were missing from the soup. Furthermore, the very thick soup gave the impression of coming from a can. The soup was very rich. The main course, Large Prawns, garlic, red pepper, snow peas, thick fries € 36.50: the entire dish was covered with a thick sauce, the snow peas were replaced by string beans and carrot. No bowl was provided for the heads/waste of the prawns. The chunky fries were thin and tasted like oil. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
