First time eating here, but what a nice experience. 't Fist is not a very cheap restaurant, but you know that when you go there. However, the price-quality ratio is excellent. Nice starters, not the standard list, but a few classics. The pekkngeens was delicious and the tuna tartare was also very good. The boneless spare ribs were deliciously marinated, but could have been a little juicier. For the main courses, the duo of lamb was delicious, the Thai-style beef skewer was also good. It's nice that you can also have cheese fondue here, which was also delicious. The desserts were also delicious. The Strawberries Romanoff could have been a little fresher in my opinion, but it was tasty. Good cheesecake and tasty ice cream. All in all we had a wonderful evening in a nice atmosphere and with friendly service. The only thing that could perhaps be improved is the wine and food combination. Doesn't seem to have really been thought about. There are several options on the wine list that you can choose from, but some are only available by the bottle. If you all have a different dish, that doesn't work. In the end we had good wine, but when you have such a nice dinner it is always nice if someone can tell you something about a wine and why which wine goes well with your food. Very tasty food! Beautifully presented food and well prepared. The service was pleasant and friendly. Absolutely a recommendation! Vegetarian options: There were three vegetarian dishes to choose from. What was very pleasant was that it wasn't the usual monotony. The vegetarian Wellington is absolutely great.
