I realize that part-time workers want to somehow finish the shift without any hassle or having to do anything. Like today in the alternating shift between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. with an older lady and a young employee. Since (in my opinion) an injustice had happened to me, I no longer wanted to use the services of these gas stations and requested a refund of my money for the car wash, whereupon the older lady wanted to change shifts very quickly and passed the matter on to the younger employee passed on the reason: "I don't know how to do it with repayment on the credit card" The younger one then said to me “I can’t, we won’t do it.” Moral of the story, of course both ladies could have helped me at the car wash (since they have house rules) and pointed out to the other customer that he should please stand back, but who would bother with a €540 job. You simply said “they would have to sort this out between themselves.” .
